Bedroom: Unashamedly romantic, the 13.5 sq. m  Framboise bedroom has a 180 cm wide bed which is topped with a  draped coronet. The balcony window provides a gloriously panoramic view over the river gorge below. The 180 cm wide bed can be split into 2 twins if required, (please specify when you book).
Bathroom: The Framboise bathroom contains a shower cabinet, washbasin and toilet, (no bath).

The Prunelle Bedroom (Wild Blueberry Room)

Bedroom: With two windows, the 16 sq.m Prunelle room is both luminous and spacious and catches the late afternoon sun. The north window has views over the river to the waterfall beyond. The bed is 180 cm wide with a headboard made from surviving sections of the original Art Déco period doors found in the cellar of Villa les Roches. The bed can be arranged as a 180 cm. wide double but can be split into 2 twins, as in the photo, if required, (please specify when you book).
Bathroom: The Prunelle bathroom contains a bath with shower inside, washbasin and toilet.

The 20.5 sq.m lounge has a balcony with views over the gorge and opens into the upper conservatory. There is ample seating, a woodburning stove, (for the colder season), a wide screen TV, with choice of UK or French satellite reception and Wi-Fi.

The 11.5 sq.m kitchen is fully fitted with oven and 4-plate hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, slow cooker, steamer, filter coffee maker, jug kettle, iron & ironing board. Dining table and four chairs. (Note: Your washing machine is housed in the lower conservatory).

With panoramic views over river valley and mid mountains, the 16 sq. m conservatory has wicker conservatory chairs and coffee table at one end and a wooden table and 4 chairs at the other, providing a delightful alternative dining space.

Guests in the Pine Tops Apartment have use of a very large terrace, (192 sq.m), with spectacular views over the surrounding pine clad hills, the river below and the town of Langogne in the distance. There is a garden table with six chairs, recliners, outdoor lighting and barbecue.

Communal grounds extend through rocky woodland to the river below and if you’d like to go fishing down there, bring your waders and wellies!! (Licence obtainable in town).
